A key element of the JA Hispanic Iniative Parental Outreach are the supplemental tools that JA provides to promote parental understanding and involvement.

The JA Hispanic Initiative will implement the following tools:

• Bilingual take-home materials for Hispanic families
• Parental Outreach Workshops
• Spanish language curriculum for bilingual classes
• Supplemental, culturally-relevant, and age-appropriate lessons emphasizing the economic importance of being bilingual, staying in school, and the family as an economic unit.
