Traditional JA programs (green pin) typically follow these formats:

Elementary Programs – 5 visits of 30-45 minutes each
Middle School Programs – 6 visits of 45-60 minutes each
High School Programs – 7 to 12 visits of 45-60 minutes each

Or, if you’d rather consolidate your volunteering into one day, we offer JA-in-a-Day for elementary and middle school programs (yellow pin). This program allows a small group of JA’s well-trained, enthusiastic corporate volunteers to adopt a school for an entire day, teaching the whole curriculum over the course of the school day. This one-day event is a great way to have a large impact on students in a short amount of time.

With hundreds of participating schools throughout Metro Denver, Northern Colorado and Southern Wyoming, you’re sure to find a location that’s convenient for you. If you don't see the school you're looking for, let us know. We’ll do our best to make it happen.
