John Griffith may have only volunteered for Junior Achievement a little over a year now, but he has experienced some wonderful sentiment of sharing JA programs with students and watching how much of an impact on young people he has. John enjoys sharing his life experiences along with the lessons to help students grow and learn about areas they may have little or no information of, prior to JA.
Being a volunteer for JA, John earns an understanding of how students each have their own way to connect with the JA programs. From his volunteer experiences he has learned how to broaden the interest level to each kid in the classroom, and make each one feel like they can be successful in their own way.
