State Farm Empowers Youth in Northern Colorado

Thanks to a recent grant of $15K from State Farm, an increasing number of K-12 students in Larimer and Weld counties in Northern Colorado will benefit from JA programs.

“We have experienced significant yearly growth in our local outreach efforts, and the potential for continued growth is huge,” said JA District Director Elizabeth Winn. “As a Signature Sponsor, State Farm plays a vital role in our ability to bring financial literacy, work readiness and entrepreneurial skills to even more students in Northern Colorado. We are grateful for their commitment.”

By the end of this school year, JA will have reached more than 16,000 students in Larimer and Weld county schools – a 14% increase over the 2015/2016 school year.
